SixSurgery, a leader in cosmetic and plastic surgery, will award a 
$1,000 scholarship to one deserving student who has demonstrated leadership in medical or health related fields. A winner will be selected according to their academic achievements, and their submission of a short essay or video presentation.
Participants must submit a 500-word essay or a 2-minute video presentation in response to
the following question:

The Six Surgery Scholarship is open to students pursuing a higher education who meet the following criteria:
After submissions close, all applications will be reviewed by a panel of judges where a winner will be selected by the end of April 2023. The winner is not only selected based on merit, but also of the originality and creativity of content. Assuming all criteria are met, the most insightful and promising application will be chosen. Once validated, the winner’s financial aid department will receive a cheque.

You are also giving us consent to use your name, college or medical school identifications, photo and your submission on this site, without further compensation or payment to you. There will be one winner, but check back every semester for new scholarships.
The funds are to be used for tuition and books. The winner will receive a cheque towards their enrolled school which will be credited for academic costs. The funds are non-renewable and are good for that semester.
Not meeting the criteria, plagiarism, multiple and late entries are disqualifiers.
By applying, you are giving us permission to contact your school for confirmation of admission and attendance purposes.
Students are responsible for any resulting tax obligations. That includes payment to any applicable state and federal income taxes.
Funds must be paid via an institution, not an individual.

The SixSurgery Scholarship intends on running every academic semester; however, Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute reserves the right to make changes or terminate the program at any time assuming there are no opportunities open at the time.
